What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate solutions
- Deliver exceptional service through active listening and problem-solving
- Manage sensitive information with professionalism and care
- De-escalate issues calmly and escalate when appropriate
- Log all call details for quality and reporting purposes
- Collaborate with your team to ensure a seamless customer experience
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (sales experience a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to type 25+ words per minute
- Proficiency with Windows-based systems
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, no VPNs or mobile hotspots)
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
