Schedule
Full-time, fully remote position. Must be available during standard business hours with flexibility to support a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly and efficient Tier 1 support to customers and floral partners via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries with patience and accuracy.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
- Advocate for customers by ensuring a positive experience and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Become an expert on Promenade’s platform to help users grow their businesses.
What You Need
- Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset.
- Customer service or retail experience preferred.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple software tools (Salesforce experience a plus).
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
