What You’ll Do
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and concerns via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve standard and occasional non-standard issues while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Apply in-depth product knowledge to confidently address diverse questions and provide accurate information.
- Meet or exceed performance goals for quality, adherence, and response time.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company privacy standards.
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively while delivering quality service.
- Comfort working independently and adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
