- Customer-facing role with phone and email support
What You’ll Do
- Provide Tier 1 customer support via phone and email for customers and floral partners
- Listen, troubleshoot, and deliver effective solutions with empathy and professionalism
- Escalate technical issues to the engineering team as needed
- Advocate for customers by ensuring outstanding service experiences
- Share feedback and suggest improvements to enhance support processes
- Become a product expert and guide customers in maximizing platform benefits
What You Need
- Strong people skills and a natural ability to connect with customers
- Customer service experience (retail or service industry a plus)
- Tech-savviness; experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is helpful
- Clear, effective communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for supporting small businesses and local communities
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
