Schedule
- Remote role (U.S. based, 1099 contractor)
- 35–40 hours per week
- Shifts between 7 AM – 11 PM EST, Monday–Friday
- 3–4 weekend shifts per month (Saturday/Sunday)
What You’ll Do
- Deliver excellent customer service via inbound and outbound calls
- Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining professionalism
- Accurately document interactions in the company database
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
What You Need
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software
Tech Requirements
- Windows 10 or 11 desktop/laptop (no Macs or tablets)
- i5 processor or better, 8 GB RAM minimum
- Wired internet connection, 50 MBPS or faster
- Two monitors, sound card with speakers/headset
- Approved antivirus software (ESET or McAfee)
- USB headset required
