Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST
- Must reside in one of the following states: FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX, or WV
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Collect and enter information for services accurately
- Address customer questions and complaints, escalating when necessary
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain detailed records of interactions
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of call center or telephone customer service experience
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
- Strong communication skills—reading, writing, and verbal
- Ability to multitask while typing and talking on the phone
- Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new software
- Quiet, distraction-free home office with reliable high-speed internet (100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload minimum)
