- Available in Phoenix, AZ; Ogden, UT; Houston, TX; Tampa, FL; Columbus, GA; Arlington, VA; Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; Buffalo, NY; and Reno, NV
- Sunday through Thursday, 10:30am – 9:00pm ET
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding insurance policies
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles, drivers, and lienholder details
- Provide clear answers to policy-related questions and coverage options
- Actively retain policyholders by identifying solutions for customers at risk of cancellation
What You Need
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to learn insurance details and support customers with clarity and care
- Enthusiasm for problem-solving and creating positive customer experiences
- Willingness to complete state P&C license within 60 days (paid by Jerry.ai)
