Schedule
Full-time, day shift
Remote (must work from a private residence that matches the address on file)
Must use DSL or Cable internet (no satellite, dial-up, wireless/5G)
Minimum internet speed: 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload
Workstation must be hardwired directly to the internet
May require use of company-issued equipment (including webcam)
What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through questions, concerns, and challenges related to the product or service
- Use active listening to identify the root issue and provide clear solutions
- Document call details for auditing, reporting, and follow-up
- Maintain and update customer records to keep information accurate
- Identify opportunities to introduce customers to enhanced services that fit their needs
- Provide recommendations that improve the overall customer experience
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months of customer service or sales experience preferred
- Comfort working with company-issued equipment as required
- Reliable, compliant home internet setup and private workspace
