Schedule
- Remote position

What You’ll Do
- Follow up on client cases to make sure customers receive the support they deserve
- Communicate clearly and professionally while resolving issues and documenting outcomes
- Stay detail-focused while handling multiple cases and meeting productivity expectations
What You Need
- Pay: $12/hour starting day one of training
- Pay note: Florida residents may be offered $13/hour (state law)
- Pay note: Virginia residents may be offered $12.41/hour (state law)
- Location requirement: Must live in one of these states:

- Equipment and setup:
- Computer running an authentic, validated copy of Windows 11
- USB headset and webcam
- At least one monitor that is 15 inches or larger
- Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload
- Direct Ethernet connection preferred
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Physical and skills requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Manual dexterity
- Typing speed of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy
