What You’ll Do
Answer inbound calls from members and providers and provide courteous, professional support
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize caller needs, questions, and concerns
Troubleshoot issues and follow standard protocols, adjusting when situations require it
Create a resolution plan and respond efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction
Document all communications accurately and consistently using call tracking tools
Educate callers on program benefits and Sharecare services
Meet or exceed call center metrics, quality standards, and attendance expectations
Escalate issues internally and follow up on escalations to ensure closure
Build rapport with callers and adjust your communication style to fit the situation
What You Need
High school diploma
Customer service experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a calm phone presence
Ability to multitask while navigating systems and documenting in real time
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
Keyboard proficiency and confident internet navigation skills
Ability to work well on a team and stay flexible in a fast-changing environment
