- Some training or installation support may happen remotely and occasionally in person
What You’ll Do
- Learn the product and clearly communicate its value to customers and prospects
- Guide customers through installation and training to drive strong adoption and satisfaction
- Troubleshoot issues, document bugs, test software, and track everything in ticketing tools
- Deliver live chat, email, and phone support while managing a high volume of tickets
- Share customer feedback and insights with Sales, Development, and Project teams
- Proactively check in with existing customers to ensure they are successful on the platform
- Support leadership and contribute to key business initiatives
What You Need
- Strong customer service instincts with a calm, helpful communication style
- Comfort troubleshooting software issues, documenting details, and following through
- Organized workflow habits, especially when managing lots of tickets and follow ups
- Ability to learn product features quickly and explain them in plain language
- A customer first mindset with attention to detail and accountability
