What You’ll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries across phone, chat, and email, delivering clear, empathetic, solutions-focused support
Investigate and resolve customer issues, including billing questions, using sound judgment to solve independently or escalate when needed
Maintain and update customer accounts in internal platforms and CRM tools with strong accuracy and attention to detail
What You Need
1 to 2 years of customer service or client-facing experience, ideally in a multi-channel support environment
Strong communication skills, including the ability to de-escalate tense situations and build trust quickly, bilingual is a plus
Proficiency with MS Office, with Excel required, and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
