What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Build trust with customer accounts through clear, friendly communication
- Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction
- Keep records of customer interactions, update customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage and retain customers
- Support ad hoc tasks as needed
What You Need
- 1+ year experience as a Customer Service Representative (B2C or B2B)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal, at least B2)
- Confident phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Strong organization and time management
- Comfort with modern tools (CRM, VoIP, desktop sharing, cloud services)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling (Google Calendar)
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail

Compensation
$3,200–$5,000 per month (based on experience level)
