Schedule
Remote (EST hours).
Part-time: 15–30 hours per week.

What You’ll Do
Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and warmth
Schedule appointments and support customers through next steps
Learn tools like ServiceTitan, Jobber, or HouseCall Pro (training provided)
Communicate clearly to build trust and reduce confusion on calls
Book incoming leads at 85% or higher
Build long-term customer relationships through consistent service
What You Need
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive, team-first attitude and willingness to learn
Comfort with technology (email, chat, web-based apps)
Reliable, organized, and able to move fast in a high-volume environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Bonus: experience with ServiceTitan, Jobber, or HouseCall Pro
