Remote, full-time. Must be available for one of these Central Time shifts:
⦁ 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
⦁ 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
⦁ 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

⦁ Handle inbound member support via phone and chat related to Sidecar Health products and services
⦁ Deliver timely, positive customer service while helping members solve real problems
⦁ Build rapport with members, understand their needs, and protect a great member experience
⦁ Handle issues and complaints appropriately and professionally
⦁ Follow and maintain policies and standard operating procedures

What You Need

⦁ High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
⦁ Bilingual in English and Spanish (speaking, writing, real-time communication)
⦁ Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to answer questions on the spot
⦁ Detail-oriented problem solver who catches small issues before they become big ones
⦁ Adaptable and resilient in a fast-moving startup environment
⦁ Preferred: experience in healthcare or insurance
⦁ Note: Application asks if you’re located in Texas, Georgia, or Florida
