Description:
100% remote position candidate can be located anywhere in US to qualify.
Will need to work east coast hours primarily (Schedules between 8 and 6pm EST)
Must have requirements:
- Need some type of healthcare background (doctor’s office/managed care) OR administrative/customer service background. Ideal candidate would have both. Also must be adaptable to change (especially with technology) may need to learn several different systems to support different markets as they undergo system migrations.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Incoming phone and fax work as administrative support for clinical review team. Building UM requests/answering provider questions regarding UM process.
Must have requirements:
- Administrative/customer service background. Healthcare background a plus. Must be adaptable to change
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Able to work independently and as part of a team. Computer skills and experienced user of MS Office software.
- Accurate data entry at 40 WPM minimum.
Required Education:
- High School Diploma/GED
