Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (work-from-home available in 37 U.S. states)
- Not hiring from AK, CA, HI, MT, or outside the U.S.
- Base pay starting at $16/hour + performance bonus opportunities
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls, chats, and messages with professionalism and empathy
- Assist luxury customers with shopping, order inquiries, and issue resolution
- Provide white glove service that reflects the high standards of global fashion brands
- Research and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Recommend products or services and close sales when needed
What You Need
- Appreciation for luxury fashion and exceptional customer service
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- At least 1 year of post-secondary education OR 2 years equivalent work experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to resolve mid-to-high level issues
- Reliable high-speed internet (>15 mbps)
- Computer proficiency and comfort using multiple communication channels
- Smartphone or tablet (iOS/Android) for secure daily log-in
- Wired USB headset preferred (Bluetooth not supported)
