What You’ll Do

⦁ Answer incoming calls and process web tips to support the ICE law enforcement mission while maintaining public and community relations

⦁ Review, analyze, and route tips for further action using internal systems and databases

⦁ Research information across multiple databases while actively engaging stakeholders on the phone

⦁ Resolve complex stakeholder issues and document outcomes clearly and accurately

⦁ Create ad-hoc reports on demand using available tools and systems

⦁ Support weekly and bi-weekly meetings and help with on-the-job training for new CSRs as needed

What You Need

⦁ 5+ years of specialized contact center experience handling inbound calls (or similarly complex customer support work)

⦁ Strong database search and multi-system research skills while speaking live with stakeholders

⦁ Ability to operate independently, analyze information from multiple sources, and communicate scenarios clearly

⦁ Strong multitasking skills: talk, document, and research at the same time in a high-volume environment

⦁ Experience with telephony systems, CRM platforms, and ticketing tools
