Please Note: This position allows 100% remote work from home or allows work to be performed in any of our major office locations with a hybrid schedule. The individual must be available to work Arizona Time hours as business requires.

A Day in the Life …
- Six weeks paid training preparing you to be successful in your job! Learning all about Health Solution Group Products – a solid foundation for career growth!
- Answer inbound calls and greet customers with energy and enthusiasm; Building a sense of trust and confidence to help serve their needs
- Handles incoming calls from customers regarding Health Solution Group, provides information to customers about various features of specific plans; mails literature as requested; partners with subject matter experts on more complex questions
- Records and verifies transactions requested by customer and either processes requests or forwards to appropriate parties for processing
- Captures caller information on customer management system. May be asked to follow up with customer to ensure service issue has been resolved
- Fields questions about new product and services implementation
- Contributes to process improvement
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification or military experience; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- Must be customer focused, self-motivated, and enjoy working in a busy contact center environment
- Chat Support Experience a plus
- Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills
- Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable but not required
- Home internet capability (minimum of 20 download, 10 upload)
- Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

- The salary for Colorado residents is $41,600/yr ($20/hr). Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to the base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities based on each role to reward achievement of annual performance objectives.
