What You’ll Do
Guide customers through questions, concerns, or challenges with the service
Listen for the root issue and provide clear, effective solutions
Document call details for auditing, reporting, and follow-up
Maintain and update customer records with accurate information
Spot opportunities to introduce helpful new or enhanced services
Make recommendations that add value and improve the customer experience
What You Need
High school diploma or GED
6+ months of customer service or sales experience (preferred)
Comfort using company-issued equipment (including webcam if applicable)
Reliable wired internet setup that meets speed requirements and eligibility rules
