What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chat with professionalism and care
- Build rapport and deliver exceptional customer experiences with each interaction
- Escalate priority issues and follow up on complex cases as needed
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide solutions with an upbeat, positive attitude
What You Need
- 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred)
- 1+ year of call center experience (preferred)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
- Proficient computer skills (navigate multiple tabs, type 30+ WPM, copy/paste, etc.)
- Positive, confident, self-starter with strong troubleshooting ability
