Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote (US only)
- Flexible schedule with weekend and holiday availability required
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, sales associates, and partners
- Support sales and service interactions including order entry, modifications, billing, and payments
- Document inquiries and resolutions while following compliance policies
- Redirect customers to self-service options when appropriate
- Process orders and voice/non-voice tasks to meet client needs
- Perform proactive follow-up communication as required
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- 2+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Foodservice/distribution industry experience a plus
