This position handles inbound customer service calls. Provides timely, effective and professional responses to a variety of customer inquiries while consistently ensuring delivery of exceptional customer experience during every interaction.
- Identify the customer’s needs, suggest products and services.
- Maintains and modifies customer records, utilizing various databases to verify and retrieve data while responding to order inquiries, placing new and /or re-orders.
- Resolves product or service problems by selecting the appropriate action to expedite the immediate resolution while delivering optimal customer experience.
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Basic knowledge of computers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education and Experience: HS/GED and 1 year of Customer service
Additional Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
