As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, your job is to provide amazing customer service and assist existing customers with any questions, such as taking payments, providing account information, and resolving general issues.

Qualifications
- Experience in Sales/Customer Service, or an aptitude for it
- Ability to connect with people over the phone
- A positive attitude and can contribute to our amazing culture
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- You can pass background and drug screening
- You can work some weekends
