What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Help customers resolve routine questions and basic technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Offer additional products and/or services when appropriate
- Deliver a professional, friendly customer experience on every interaction
What You Need
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong multitasking and computer navigation skills
- Willingness to learn new systems and follow process
