What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with healthcare-related product or service concerns
- Document call information for audits and reporting
- Update and maintain accurate customer account information
- Provide courteous, professional support
- Recommend enhanced or upgraded services when appropriate
- Use phone and computer systems throughout the workday
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent listening, communication, and comprehension skills
- Customer-focused and professional demeanor
- Wired broadband internet connection (10 Mbps down, 3 Mbps up minimum; no satellite, wireless, or dial-up)
- Ability to work from the home address listed in company records
