What You’ll Do
- Facilitate deliveries from booking through successful drop-off
- Provide support to customers and drivers via chat and phone
- Coordinate with pickup and drop-off contacts to ensure smooth delivery completion
- Identify operational pain points and share feedback to improve logistics workflows
What You Need
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
