Schedule
- Part-time, client-based (20–25 hours per week)
- Fully remote with a dedicated home office setup required
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed for events
- Standing commitments:
- Monday meetings at 9:30am Eastern
- Thursday sessions at 11:00am Eastern
What You’ll Do
⦁ Serve as the primary point of contact for students throughout their program experience
⦁ Engage with students during online workshops and live retreats or intensives
⦁ Host weekly group calls and live sessions, offering guidance and support
⦁ Respond to chats and actively engage the community inside the client’s Facebook Group
⦁ Support onboarding so new students feel welcomed, confident, and clear on next steps
⦁ Handle admin support including CRM updates, scheduling, and student communications
⦁ Participate in Monday meetings and other scheduled team sessions
⦁ Maintain a professional on-camera presence for live calls and interactions
⦁ Manage multiple priorities in high-stress moments while keeping the tone positive and grounded
What You Need
⦁ 3+ years of customer service experience (sales experience preferred)
⦁ Strong writing and verbal communication skills with a confident, personable presence
⦁ Comfort hosting and speaking on Zoom and live sessions, with professional on-camera presentation
⦁ Experience engaging communities through chat and social platforms (Facebook Groups a plus)
⦁ Proficiency with CRMs (GoHighLevel is a plus), Zoom, calendar booking tools, and spreadsheets
⦁ Ability to thrive in high-stress situations with strong emotional intelligence and professionalism
⦁ Strong time management, multitasking, and follow-through
⦁ Flexible availability including evenings and weekends for events
⦁ A self-improvement mindset aligned with personal responsibility and growth
⦁ Reliable tech setup:
- Primary internet 15 Mbps minimum, plus backup internet 10 Mbps minimum (power-outage capable)
- Primary laptop/desktop meeting minimum specs (modern i5/i3 or Ryzen 5 equivalent, 8GB RAM)
- Backup device meeting i3-level performance and usable during power interruptions
- Webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, smartphone, and a quiet dedicated home office
