Schedule
- Remote, United States
- Customer support runs 7 days a week, 365 days a year

- Must be able to work one of these 8 hour shifts (PT):
- 6am–2pm
- 7am–3pm
- 8am–4pm
- 9am–5pm
- 10am–6pm
- 11am–7pm
- 12pm–8pm
- 1pm–9pm
- 2pm–10pm
What You’ll Do
- Support customers through email, chat, and high volume phone support (including SeatGeek Enterprise customers)
- Use metrics and customer insights to improve the experience and measure performance against benchmarks
- Work daily in tools like Talkdesk, Zendesk, Slack, Google tools, GitHub, Looker, and Jira
- Go above and beyond to resolve issues and deliver a ridiculously good experience
- Join weekly 1:1s and group strategy meetings
- Grow into specialized and escalated support, plus project work that improves CX and the overall SeatGeek experience
What You Need
- Customer service experience (bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience)
- Comfort working in a fast paced, high volume environment (startup or similar is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with all kinds of people
- A steady, calm presence under pressure and the ability to stay composed with upset customers
- Confidence using data to support decisions and make clear arguments
- Passion for technology and customer experience
- Flexibility to adapt with seasonality and changing business needs
- Reliable high speed internet (at least 35 Mbps, 50+ preferred)
- Spanish proficiency is a plus
