Schedule & Pay
- Pay rate: $11/hour
- Full-time, fully remote role (eligible in Montana, Oklahoma, and Utah)
- Paid training provided
- Early access to earned wages (up to 50%, capped at $500)
What You’ll Do
- Review orders for accuracy and verify information with potential customers
- Make outbound calls and assist customers with payment arrangements
- Attempt to collect balances using strong negotiation skills
- Document account activity accurately in client systems
- Educate customers on account status, payment options, and identity verification requirements
- Handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism
- Support additional duties as assigned by management or client
What You Need
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Prior call center or collections experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with ability to multitask across multiple systems
- Reliable high-speed internet: 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload (speed test required)
