- Pay range: $16–$18 per hour (based on qualifications, experience, and location)
- Work is SLA-driven with tight schedules and steady inbound volume
What You’ll Do
- Support Customer Service leadership and staff with administrative and clerical tasks to keep workflows efficient
- Electronically file documents on customer and patient accounts to maintain accurate, timely records
- Monitor and distribute incoming cases, faxes, voicemails, and emails to help meet service level agreements
- Access, enter, and update account information in the Laboratory Information System, CRM, and other platforms
- Complete case management tasks, including written communication with internal and external customers
- Process UPS/FedEx pick-up requests, customer supply orders, report redactions, and fax verifications
- Support the monthly Order Entry Verification process using standard operating procedures
- Maintain HIPAA, confidentiality, compliance, and cybersecurity controls at all times
- Take on additional duties and special projects as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma
- 1+ year of general administrative/clerical experience
- Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Salesforce experience (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight schedules
- Team-player mindset with a can-do attitude
- Ability to take direction well, stay flexible, and work independently
