What You’ll Do
- Coordinate resort bookings and support smooth guest experiences
- Maintain and update the resort website and social media
- Use social media and lead tools to attract new clients
- Provide customer service and assist guests with travel planning
- Learn and use booking software to find better pricing and improve service
What You Need
- No experience required (training and certification provided)
- Passion for travel (travel experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage time well
- Basic social media knowledge (plus)
- Self-motivated and flexible
