What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls for top brands across multiple industries
- Listen, assess needs, and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Manage documentation and navigation across multiple systems
- Deliver professional, empathetic customer interactions
What You Need
- Minimum 1 year of phone-based customer service experience
- Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable wired internet connection and quiet home workspace
- Windows-based PC (Macs, Chromebooks, and tablets not supported)
- Ability to work independently and manage your own business operations
Compensation
- Paid per completed service (rates vary by client program)
- Performance-based pay opportunities
- Submit invoices for completed work; manage your own taxes and expenses
