Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Flexible scheduling: choose either 5 days x 8 hours or 4 days x 10 hours
- Must earn P&C license within 60 days (company pays)
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
- Process policy service changes (add/remove vehicles and drivers, add lienholder info, send policy docs, etc.)
- Answer questions about coverages, benefits, and policy details
- Support retention by finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation
- Balance multiple tasks and competing priorities while keeping quality high
What You Need
- 2+ years of call center experience
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Customer-first mindset and genuine desire to help
- Comfort learning insurance workflows and systems quickly
- Ability to meet licensing expectations (P&C within 60 days, paid by company)
