What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with issues they experience using a product or service
- Document call details for auditing and reporting
- Update customer information as needed
- Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services when appropriate
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience (a plus)
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong communication and listening/comprehension skills
- Professional, courteous, customer-focused approach
- Ability to work seated at a computer/phone for most of the day
