Schedule
• Full-time, remote
• Must be willing to work Central or Eastern time zone hours
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do
⦁ Monitor and process agency inbox emails and route renewal items to Account Managers
⦁ Respond to client requests for policy changes and service needs
⦁ Process or route COI requests
⦁ Support Account Managers during marketing and quoting
⦁ Assist clients with filing and updating insurance claims
⦁ Prepare renewal certificates and related documentation
⦁ Document all client interactions in the agency management system
⦁ Follow procedures for binders, cancellations, ID cards, and correspondence
⦁ Provide phone support and serve as backup on client calls when needed
⦁ Participate in team meetings, carrier webinars, and continuing education
⦁ Prioritize workflow, meet deadlines, and maintain carrier/client relationships

What You Need
⦁ High school diploma or GED
⦁ Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
⦁ Insurance customer service experience (preferred)
⦁ Strong written and verbal communication skills
⦁ Detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced remote environment
⦁ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Zoom)
⦁ Ability to handle difficult customer interactions professionally
⦁ Working knowledge of insurance products, rating/underwriting basics, and interpreting insurance forms
⦁ Comfortable with basic calculations (percentages, commissions)
