Schedule
Remote, full-time (Implementation team, entry level)

What You’ll Do
• Lead 1:1 and small-group video trainings to set up and configure new customer tools
• Host periodic “checkups” to drive adoption and ongoing success
• Communicate with clients accurately and quickly throughout onboarding
• Set expectations clearly during the setup process and keep clients moving forward
• Use tools like Salesforce, FMG Suite (Advisor Admin), Google Suite, and Acuity Scheduling to manage onboarding progress
• Stay patient and steady when customers are frustrated or stuck
• Share feedback with leadership to improve onboarding workflows and the overall customer experience

What You Need
• Customer service or support experience (teaching or training experience is a plus)
• Strong organization and ability to juggle multiple customers/projects at once
• Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to create trust quickly
• Strategic thinking: you can understand a client’s business needs and tailor the onboarding accordingly
• Preferred: HubSpot experience and comfort with video conferencing tools
