Schedule
- Full-time, remote (United States)
- High-velocity environment with daily activity targets (75+ outbound dials/day or 5+ hours talk time)
- Compensation varies by location; hourly range listed as $19.44–$27.76 (includes base + potential performance bonus)
What You’ll Do
- Partner with newly enrolled Pros to create a customized onboarding plan based on their goals
- Support new customers through their first 30 days to drive activation, retention, and satisfaction
- Make 75+ outbound calls daily or maintain 5+ hours of talk time to connect with your portfolio
- Listen, diagnose needs, handle objections, and reinforce the value of the product
- Coach customers on implementing Housecall Pro into their business and using core features
- Identify high-risk accounts early and escalate to the right resolution path when needed
- Collaborate as a team player with strong customer service, presentation, and problem-solving skills
What You Need
- 2+ years in a full-time, client-facing onboarding or support role
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- 6+ months of outbound sales or prospecting experience (plus)
- Excellent English reading, writing, and verbal communication
- Reliable, adaptable, and professional demeanor
- Curious, coachable, and eager to learn
- Experience using AI tools to improve quality and efficiency (helpful)
