- Daily activity expectations: 75+ outbound dials or 5+ hours talk time
What You’ll Do
- Build customized onboarding plans for newly enrolled Pros based on goals and needs
- Coach customers through the product basics and implementation so they hit 30-day success targets
- Make high-volume outbound outreach to connect with and support your portfolio
- Handle objections, re-sell value, and find solutions that keep customers on track
- Identify high-risk accounts early and escalate to the right resolution paths
- Support retention and customer satisfaction through strong training and confidence-building
- Collaborate as a team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
What You Need
- 1+ year in a full-time client-facing onboarding or support role (or a Bachelor’s degree)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s a plus)
- Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication
- Reliable, professional, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Experience using AI tools to improve quality/efficiency
- Bonus: 6+ months outbound sales or prospecting experience

Compensation
- $57,750 OTE annually ($40,425 base) + uncapped earning potential/commission
- Expected hourly range listed: $19.44–$27.76/hour (base + potential performance bonus; varies by location/experience)
