What You’ll Do
⦁ Own the full implementation cycle from signed to live for enterprise freight forwarder customers
⦁ Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding timelines, deliverables, and risk management
⦁ Build and manage scalable project plans across a portfolio of enterprise implementations
⦁ Lead technical discovery to align on requirements, operational design, and integration deliverables
⦁ Coordinate integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve blockers during test phases
⦁ Lead user acceptance testing with end users and drive approvals before go live
⦁ Partner across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support to deliver projects on time
⦁ Manage stakeholder expectations and own pre implementation tasks through smooth launch execution
⦁ Manage integrations using APIs and EDI standards in collaboration with customer technical teams
⦁ Troubleshoot across integrations, data pipelines, and configurations, including log and payload analysis
⦁ Document integration architectures, data flows, and implementation outcomes for long term success
What You Need
⦁ Significant experience in SaaS implementation and or software project management
⦁ Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
⦁ Sound judgment and decision making in complex delivery environments
⦁ Hands on comfort with technical integrations, including APIs and EDI workflows
⦁ Continuous improvement mindset with interest in building and refining scalable processes
⦁ Freight forwarding industry experience is a plus
