Position Summary
At Johnny Clean Car Wash, our mission is Building a Great Company That People Love. We are seeking a personable and empathetic Customer Feedback Specialist to help us understand why members have canceled their memberships and how we can improve. This part-time, fully remote role is essential for gathering insights to reduce membership churn and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Cold Call Outreach: Contact former members who have cancelled their car wash memberships to gather feedback on their experience.
Active Listening: Engage with customers in a respectful and empathetic manner, ensuring their concerns and reasons are heard.
Data Collection: Record feedback accurately for further analysis and internal review.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with former members during conversations to understand their needs and reasons for leaving.
Feedback Analysis: Identify common themes in feedback and provide actionable insights to reduce future churn.
Collaboration: Work with operations and marketing teams to share findings and suggest service improvements.
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional phone presence.
Experience in customer service, sales, or similar roles is preferred.
Strong empathy and active listening skills to handle customer conversations.
Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document feedback.
Comfortable working remotely with basic computer skills for data entry and communication.
