Schedule
- Full-time, remote role within the United States
- Utilize phone, email, and SMS channels to support customers

Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class service across phone, email, and SMS, adapting support style to each customer’s needs
- Build customer confidence by showcasing deep knowledge across Lemonade’s product lines
- Identify and communicate customer pain points to stakeholders with solution-oriented thinking
- Advocate for customers while partnering with product and engineering teams
- Bring Lemonade’s values to life in every interaction and foster community across teams
Requirements
- 1–2 years of insurance experience or a college degree
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to triage customer needs and problem solve quickly
- Empathy, patience, and a positive, customer-first approach
- Ability to work independently and successfully from home
Compensation & Benefits
- $22.12 per hour
