About this role
The Customer Experience Specialist is a vital component to the overall success of the customer relationship. In this position, the Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of each customer order by utilizing strong communication skills, use of company technology and by prioritizing tasks. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to provide outstanding customer service and accuracy through every customer touchpoint. The position is fast paced, requires attention to detail and strong follow up skills. This is a part-time contractor role with potential opportunity to expand to full-time in the future.

In this role you will:
Be responsible for maintaining daily ticket inquiries and inbox
Demonstrate consistent follow up and time management
Employ critical thinking skills to effectively detect, investigate, and solve any client issues
Communicate in an organized, clear, and concise manner to effectively provide updates to customers, sales team, and co-workers that align with brand guidelines
Ensure all required, supporting information is obtained to guarantee accurate customer service
Oversee reporting and measurement of key customer support KPIs
Maintain a positive attitude with all customers to demonstrate a focus on excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Possess a customer driven approach to service and product management
Understand the relationship of CS to other departments
In-depth knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices
Extensive Product knowledge and ability to view it from customer perspective
Excel at detail-oriented processes
Able to make appropriate judgment decisions, in accordance with CS Dept policies and product objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to determine and self-manage priorities based on Org and Dept. needs
Exhibit a high degree of autonomy and proficiency at remote work
Zendesk (or similar ticketing software) experience required
Available minimum 12-15 hours per week
