Kandu Inc. was formed through the April 2025 merger of Kandu Health and Neurolutions to combine telehealth support with FDA-cleared brain computer interface technology for stroke recovery. Their IpsiHand® device helps chronic stroke survivors regain upper extremity function at home, supported by clinicians and care navigation.

You’ll support both the sales and clinical teams while managing inbound and outbound communication.
What You’ll Do
- Support customers through every stage of the journey, from obtaining the device to active home use
- Own scheduling and coordination for key customer events (EEG testing, delivery, training, returns, repairs)
- Manage inbound sales and support requests via chat, phone, text, and email
- Collect insurance information, educate customers on the process, and help with submissions
- Serve as first point of contact for prospective and active IpsiHand users
- Track customer progress through the funnel and keep records tight
- Partner with sales to improve workflows and build process in a startup environment
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience (or equivalent)
- Sales minded and customer-first, with comfort driving outcomes and revenue
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
- Bonus: rehab or stroke experience, retention/troubleshooting experience, Salesforce or CRM familiarity
