What You’ll Do
Administrative Support
- Investigate and resolve routing inquiries, such as turn-by-turn navigation discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot reported routing issues using data analysis and internal tools.
- Collect and report mapping inconsistencies to improve accuracy.
- Analyze driver feedback and collaborate with internal teams on updates.
Customer Support
- Follow up on bug reports and provide timely updates to customers.
- Assist with documenting feature requests from customers.
- Communicate driver feedback to Transportation Directors to optimize operations.
- Support Customer Experience Managers with emails, calls, and chats.
- Train and assist transportation offices on routing tools and inquiries.
What You Need
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to track and follow up on multiple ongoing issues.
- Hands-on adaptability—comfortable learning on the fly and troubleshooting in real time with customers.
