Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. based)
- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CT
- Must be located in Central Time Zone to support client needs
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Answer questions professionally and complete tasks/processes for customers
- Support compliance-related servicing work tied to surplus lines
- Deliver consistently strong customer service with a customer-first tone
- Deescalate frustrated customers and guide conversations to resolution
- Troubleshoot and find solutions that protect the customer experience
- Document work accurately across internal and external systems
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Access) and strong Excel skills
- Central Time Zone residency
- Customer-centric mindset and enjoyment of service-based work
- Strong written and verbal communication, including deescalation skills
- Team-first mentality and willingness to support others
- Detail-oriented, process-focused, and committed to accurate documentation
- Comfortable learning and navigating multiple systems and tools
