Schedule

- You will work on the phone and computer for most of your shift

What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and help customers with questions, issues, and product or service concerns
- Look up information and document each call clearly for auditing and reporting
- Update customer records as needed in the system
- Provide friendly, professional service and de escalate frustrated callers
- Offer and explain additional or upgraded services when appropriate
- Follow scripts, policies, and quality standards while meeting performance goals
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience is preferred, especially call center work
- Strong computer navigation skills and comfort using multiple screens or systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening skills, patience, and a professional phone manner
- Bilingual Spanish and English as the posting specifies a bilingual customer experience agent
- A customer focused attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
