Schedule
- Full-time, work-at-home position
- Ongoing phone and computer-based work
- Must have a quiet, private workspace in your home
- Must live in one of these states: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, LA, MD, MI, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV
- Alorica provides equipment (may include a webcam)
- You must provide wired high-speed internet (DSL or cable only; no satellite, dial-up, or wireless) with minimum 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls and/or messages in both Spanish and English
- Help customers with questions, issues, or concerns about products and services
- Document call details and outcomes for auditing and reporting
- Update and maintain accurate customer information
- Recommend or upsell additional services to existing customers when appropriate
- Provide professional, friendly, and solution-focused support on every contact
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Customer service experience is a plus (call center experience helpful but not required)
- Strong computer navigation skills and ability to work in multiple systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong listening and comprehension skills
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work seated at a computer for extended periods
