Part-time | Fully Remote | $12–$14 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages—ensuring every customer receives timely, friendly communication.
 - Prepare and send job proposals; schedule services once deposits are received.
 - Manage and coordinate Home Tech schedules and service calls.
 - Arrange on-site visits for complex projects.
 - Maintain real-time communication between customers, techs, and management.
 - Post referral statements and job photos to company social media and website.
 - Conduct post-job check-ins and gather referrals.
 - Close out jobs and send invoices through operational systems (HouseCallPro/Workiz).
 - Log all leads, schedules, and communications accurately.
 
What You Need
- 1+ year of telephone customer service experience.
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 - A pleasant, professional phone manner (smiling voice encouraged).
 - Reliable home computer setup with microphone headset and high-speed internet.
 - Ability to multitask and stay organized.
 - Must pass a background check.
 - A genuine desire to exceed expectations and leave a great impression.
