What you’ll do

  • Sell existing brightwheel customers on additional products in a persuasive and informative manner
  • Call existing customers to assess their engagement level with brightwheel, identify problems, and drive to a resolution
  • Tailor each call to the specific needs and interests of the customer, using active listening skills to understand their pain points and goals
  • Develop an understanding of our products and how they can benefit different types of customers
  • Follow-up on leads to ensure they are taking the appropriate next steps

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities

  • 0-1+ years of sales or relevant customer-facing experience 
  • Can clearly communicate the value proposition of Brightwheel
  • Makes a great first impression when interacting with others
  • Builds strong rapport and customer relationships
  • Takes feedback well and quickly implements (coachability)
  • Persuades others to act (customers and internal stakeholders)
  • Deep care for our customers, putting their needs first, and bringing energy and intention to every customer interaction
  • Proven track record of hitting/exceeding goals
  • Excited to be on the phone and calling a large volume of customers each day (30-50)
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
  • A strong mix of tenacity and curiosity to help educate potential customers
  • Preferred: Basic Excel/Google Sheets, experience in a startup environment

Brightwheel is committed to internal pay equity and offers a competitive compensation package. This 3-month contract is at an hourly rate of $19.24/hr for all U.S. locations.
